Today was a day fully of preparing to head home! We were awake at 3am and again at 8am for our morning feeding. She did a great job both time. At 9:00am the doctor was in to see Kinley and she said start preparing her discharge papers so we can be out of here by this time tomorrow morning! She said as usual she was looking great and sounded better and better. Around 10:15am two nurses came in and did her hearing test and she passed in both ears! Also, one of the baby physical therapist (I think she had a more specific title than that but I can't remember it right now) came in and did an assessment on her mussels and joints and all looks good there also! Uncle Anthony and Amy were able to spend some time with Kinley which she enjoyed until it was feeding time!
We also washed her hair before her 10pm feeding to try to get some of the tape goo out of her hair for her pictures in the morning. At the beginning it was not so bad but she ended up screaming her lungs out. I informed her that someday she will pay big bucks to have someone wash and comb her hair for her.
